What is your shipping Policy?
The purchase of any artwork from Tom Fiore Photography will be handled by our fulfillment partner. They will handle printing, packaging and shipping of your artwork. If you uhave specific instructions concerning shipping, please note them on your order page. If you have any questions about shipping or your order in general please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Tom Fiore Photography is committed to not only customer satifaction, but customer delight. Buying art is a very subjective task. We hope our website makes the process as easy as possible. If there is any physical damage to your artwork in shipping let us know and we will imediately replace the artwork or give you a 100% refund. If the image quality is not to to your liking or not what you expected, please contact me and we can discuss. Our goal is always to have satisfied customers.
How can I keep up with your new work?
I you are interested in our new work or wish to follow us, please do several things. Make sure you give us an email address, so we can send you notifications on new work and discounts throughout the year. You can also follow us on facebook at Tom Fiore Photography.
